Terms of service

Do not feel intimidated this is just so I dont have to repeat myself.

1. I own the rights of my art and may post it or add to portofloio with watermark (unless you ask for it to stay private).2. I accept mostly anything but I can decline or refuse commissions. I am specifically capable of drawing humans, mythical creatures, nekos,etc.3. I take payment through Ko Fi or Paypal, occasionally i will accept nitro or gift cards, etc if I am looking for such.4.You can pay either:
After the sketch or line art is approved or 50% deposit upfront and the rest after I finish the artwork.5.Refunds are only given if I don’t finish your commission within 2 months and I haven’t given notice about personal issues (like illness or emergencies).6.If you cancel after I’ve started, I won’t refund the amount paid so far. If I cancel on my end, you’ll get a full or partial refund depending on how far I got.7. Do not claim my art as your own. If you have plan to use this art for profit please know this needs to be discussed first as there can be additional fees for the full rights.
